Shipping & refundsView ordering policies
Orders submitted before 6:30 PM ET normally dispatch the same day. Otherwise, they dispatch by the next shipping day.

Free Ground Advantage shipping on orders of $150 or more after discounts.
All orders must be sent in the strict form the checkout system generates.
Shipping policy
- A real first and last name for a resident at the receiving address is required. This helps prevent packages from being returned to sender.
- No shipping to California.
- Accessories must be ordered with at least one non-accessory product.
- Payment instructions are provided during the payment stage after your order request is received.
Refund policy
- Orders marked delivered or attempted delivery by the carrier are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
- Orders without a tracking update for 14 or more days may qualify for reshipment. Packages returned to sender are excluded.
- For missing-item or empty-package claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before the shipping seal is broken is required.
- Refund and reshipment requests are reviewed individually based on tracking information and supporting documentation.
